Frank Gotz
This fund, established in 2004 by his wife LeAnn, to assist a student enrolled in any health-related program. Frank was employed with Mid-State Technical College for 29 years, most recently as the Technical & industrial Apprenticeship Department head until his retirement in June 1997.
