The purpose of the Wisconsin Rural Opportunities Foundation, Inc. is to assist in improving the quality of rural life in this state by providing broader educational opportunities for interested farm family and rural area students. The broadening of health care, the broadening of educational systems, the enhancement of cultural offerings, and the modernization of agricultural practices are among the important objectives of this Foundation.
