Karen Lecy Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2005 in memory of a friend and colleague to assist non-traditional students residing in Adams County. Karen served as Mid-State Technical College’s AODA counselor until her sudden death in 2004. This award is to assist a full-time student, non-traditional student with a disability and residing in Wood or Adams County, enrolled in the Administrative Professional or Health and Wellness Promotion programs, This is a $500.00 scholarship and is offered each spring for disbursement in two equal payments (September and February) during the academic year provided the students maintain eligibility requirements and/or at the discretion of the selection committee.
