Alliant Energy Energy Scholars Minority/Female

Established in 1985 to aid a Minority/ Female student enrolled in the Electrical Power Engineering Technician or Industrial Mechanical Technician program carrying a minimum of 3.0 GPA based on 12 or more credits. Preference will be given to applicants who are Alliant Energy customers. This is a $1,000.00 scholarship that is offered each spring for disbursement in two equal payments (September and February) during the academic year provided the students maintain eligibility requirements and/or at the discretion of the selection committee.
