Engel Fellowship Lodge 91 IOOF Portage County Scholarship

This fund, established in 1999, by the Wisconsin Rapids organization to assist a full-time student enrolled in any program demonstrating leadership skills and high academics living in Portage County. This is a $500.00 scholarship and is offered each spring for disbursement in two equal payments (September and February) during the academic year provided the students maintain eligibility requirements and/or at the discretion of the selection committee.
