William Halbur Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created by William Halbur’s family to honor his legacy and his dedication to service. William served his community as a firefighter for 25 years. His family wishes to support a student with the drive and determination to become a public servant as an EMT – Paramedic, Firefighter Technician, or Fire Protection Technician. Both new and continuing students will be considered for this scholarship maintaining a GPA of at least 2.0 and enrolled in at least 6 credits. This scholarship will be offered each spring and will be split between fall and spring semesters with equal disbursements in September and February.
