Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Organization

Since 1985, the Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Organization has awarded more than $290,000 in scholarships to young women in the Wisconsin Rapids area. As part of the Miss America Opportunity, the nation’s largest provider of scholarships for young women, the program focuses on leadership, education, and community involvement.
Women ages 18–28 have the opportunity to earn scholarships while building confidence and developing valuable career skills. Every participant earns a scholarship.

Through the program, participants strengthen their interview, public speaking, and leadership skills while gaining real-world experience they can carry into the classroom and workplace. Workshops, mentorship, and support are provided throughout the process, so no prior experience is needed.
