Adams County Mental Health Initiative

Adams County Health and Human Services, Mental Health Initiative developed this scholarship offered for the 2026-2027 academic year, to support an Adams County resident pursuing cosmetology at Mid-State Technical College. This scholarship will be disbursed in full for Spring 2027 in February.
