Patrick L. Worden Memorial Scholarship

In honor of 1969 Civil Engineering graduate, Patrick Worden, this endowment was established by family in 2007 to provide financial assistance to two (2) Mid-State Technical College students demonstrating a strong motivation to create a better life for their family and carrying a minimum of 9 credits and enrolled in an Associate’s Degree or Technical Diploma. This is a $1,500.00 per student scholarship and is offered each spring for disbursement in two equal payments (September and February) during the academic year provided the students maintain eligibility requirements and/or at the discretion of the selection committee.
