Vicki Hanson Memorial Scholarship

Established in July 2007, in honor of Vicki’s dedication to her patients and work at St. Joseph’s Hospital; friends and family established this scholarship to assists students in the Respiratory Therapist program enrolled with a minimum of 6 credits and carrying a minimum GPA of 2.5. Vicki was a graduate from one of the first classes at Mid-State, served on the program’s advisory committee, and mentored hundreds of respiratory therapy students for 25 years. This is a $250.00 scholarship and is offered each spring for disbursement in two equal payments (September and February) during the academic year provided the students maintain eligibility requirements and/or at the discretion of the selection committee.
